For testing condoms in the laboratory to check tensile, modulus, force at break and the elongation of condoms according to ISO 4074: 2002- Standard
Description of the machine
- Frame and working table are made from cast iron and powder coated steel sheets – one column, heavy duty set up
- Auto return of cross head after test
- Sample cutting unit (20mm ring sample) is integrated in the machine
- 200 Newton Load Cell, 0-10V - made in Germany accuracy class 0.1%
- All motors and drives are made in Germany
- Software specially designed for tests on condoms
- Automatic start position for programmed selected nominal width condoms
- Calibration program for convenient calibration and documentation
- Machine will be delivered including Pentium 4 PC, 17” monitor, licensed Windows based laboratory software
